If your server is not listed or you need additional information, refer to your server documentation or contact your server vendor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please provide below mentioned details in ticket.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Email Address the Certificate will be sent to:<\/li>\n<li>Domain to make the certificate for:<\/li>\n<li>Country (2 letters Abbreviation):<\/li>\n<li>State:<\/li>\n<li>City:<\/li>\n<li>Company Name:<\/li>\n<li>Company Division:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For Instance, check below mentioned example:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Email Address the Certificate will be sent to: <a href=\"mailto:info@mydomain.com\">info@mydomain.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Domain to make cert for: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mydomain.com\">www.mydomain.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Country (2 letters Abbreviation): US<\/p>\n<p>State: FL<\/p>\n<p>City: St. Petersburg<\/p>\n<p>Company Name: My Company<\/p>\n<p>Company Division: Support Division<\/p>\n<p><strong>What additional information you may require?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must specify a Fully Qualified Domain Name or domain name to enroll for a <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link \" href=\"https:\/\/www.thesslstore.com\/rapidssl\/rapidssl-certificates.aspx\"  title=\"RapidSSL\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">RapidSSL<\/a>, Free SSL or Professional Level certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you do not have any illegal characters in any of the fields in the CSR. Illegal characters are [! @ # $ % ^ ( ) ~ ? &gt; &lt; &amp; \/  , . &#8221; &#8216;]<\/li>\n<li>Check the country field. If you are located in the United Kingdom, do not specify your country code when generating the CSR as &#8220;UK&#8221; &#8211; it must be &#8220;GB&#8221;. Check the 2 letters abbreviation code for your country before signing up a certificate request.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you have included the header and footer of the CSR into the enrollment form.
