Sectigo (formerly Comodo) now requires an Agreement for Organization Validation (OV) certificates, including SSL, Code Signing, and S/MIME (Enterprise).
Complete the Agreement Online
After submitting the order, your certificate admin contact will receive an email with instructions for completing a quick online agreement.
Fill out the agreement accurately with your real name and job title. The validation team needs this information to authenticate the certificate request. Please do not use a generic name, such as “Mr. IT Admin,” as your agreement may be rejected and re-sent.
Completing the agreement correctly might skip the verification phone call and speed up your certificate issuance (as long as all other Organization Validation requirements are met).
